Terms & Conditions

1. Rental Agreement:

   By renting our luxury toilet trailer, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined herein.

2. Reservation and Payment:

   A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a non-refundable deposit. Full payment is required 1 month prior to the rental date.

3. Cancellation Policy:

   Cancellations must be made at least 3 months in advance for a partial refund. No refunds for cancellations made within 3 months of the rental date.

4. Damage and Security Deposit:

   A £50 security deposit is required to cover potential damages. The deposit will be refunded within 14 days after the rental, minus any necessary deductions for repairs or cleaning.

5. Responsibility for Equipment:

   The renter is responsible for the proper use and care of the luxury toilet trailer. Any damage resulting from misuse or negligence will be the renter's responsibility.

6. Delivery and Pickup:

   Delivery and pickup fees are determined based on location. The renter must ensure suitable access and space for the delivery and pickup of the trailer.

7. Usage Restrictions:

   The luxury toilet trailer is intended for personal use only. Commercial use or subleasing is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.

8. Cleanliness:

   The trailer must be returned in the same clean condition it was received. A cleaning fee will be assessed if the trailer is not returned in an acceptable state.

9. Utilities and Hookups:

   The renter is responsible for providing necessary utilities and hookups at the rental location. Any additional costs incurred due to inadequate facilities will be charged to the renter.

10. Liability:

    Our company is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during the use of the luxury toilet trailer. The renter assumes full responsibility for any such incidents.

11. Force Majeure:

    In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or other uncontrollable events, our company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the rental with no liability.

12. Jurisdiction:

    Any disputes arising from this agreement will be governed by the laws of [Your Jurisdiction], and any legal proceedings will take place in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
